Home At Last! Kern County’s Plan To End Homelessness by 2028
With extensive experience developing partnerships and collaborating with public and private entities, Dr. Laven is responsible for providing strategic and operational vision for the BKRHC. Raised in Bakersfield, Dr. Anna Laven’s talents lie in the start up and scale up of programming with a focus in education and public policy. Before heading BKRHC, she managed the largest dual enrollment program in the state, providing access to college courses for high school students. She also served as staff to the first Latina elected to the Board of Supervisors in the central valley. She is also a graduate of the Kern Taxpayers Association Leadership Academy.
